Children's Information Notice
Last updated: May 9, 2026
BabyLog is a tool for parents and guardians to log information about their own children. This notice explains how we treat that information.
Who uses BabyLog
Accounts are held by adults (18+). Children do not sign up or use BabyLog directly. If you are a child or a minor below the age required in your jurisdiction, do not use BabyLog.
Information about children
When you log information in BabyLog, you do so as the parent or guardian. We treat that information as personal information belonging to your child, with the protections described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not
- Sell or rent information about children.
- Use it for advertising or cross-app profiling.
- Share it with third parties except as needed to operate BabyLog or required by law.
Sharing within a family
Information about a child is visible to members of the family — the account holder and invited members. The account owner is responsible for who they invite.
Parental rights
You may view, correct, or delete information about your child at any time from within the app, or delete the child's profile or your entire account. For help: [email protected].
Regulatory note
BabyLog is not directed at children and is not a "child-directed" service under laws such as COPPA or the GDPR's child-specific provisions.
If you believe a child has used BabyLog without parental consent, email [email protected] and we will investigate.
